Interview
This was for a phone interview. I got asked pretty typical job interview questions. The interviewer was very mean spirited. I'm pretty sure they were just interviewing me as a formality and that they were going to hire their friend. Some months after they hired their friend, it seemed like they had to fire them because the position went back up. I'd had a similar more difficult job in the past, so there was really no reason I wouldn't have been the top candidate.

Interview
After applying and taking the skills test, there is a recorded interview process that you go through. You are given a video clip of an interview question and then you record yourself answering. You are given a fo over in case you mess up when recording. They are general interview questions, nothing too difficult. Once that is submitted and accepted they schedule a phone interview which is basically just to tell you about the job and pay and benefits. Then they schedule another interview, this time it is like a zoom interview and they do a few role play customer service scenarios.
