Verizon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process took around a month. I applied and a few days later I received an assessment which took over an hour. It included agree / disagree questions, typing accuracy and a short pre-recorded interview. After completing that I received a phone screen and the next day an interview with the HM. I received an offer a few days later.

The interview was in depth but efficient. Nothing too difficult, just general questions asked and basic skills assessments given. I don’t have any negative experiences to add. It was exactly the interview you would expect.
