Uses the S.T.A.R method but they mainly hire off of referrals. There is usually 2 managers on the Zoom interview. If you get an interview here I would have examples of as many s.t.a.r. situations as possible and be flexible with answers

Describe a situation where you had to work with the customer to resolve an onsite issue.
This was for a remote role. The recruiter reaches out to make sure you can meet all of the training expectations. They also explain that during the 8 week training you are expected not to miss a day. For me the distance to travel daily was a bit to far but I'm glad I knew upfront. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and are genuinely looking for the right candidate for the role.
