There was a phone screen and then a final interview. The interview was not difficult, and there were only a few technical questions asked. Overall it was a behavioral interview.

Interview
First interview was one way video call, and they flew me to NJ for the super day interview for the final to meet teams and see the work environment to get an idea for your role.
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. There were two women who interviewed me. We had some usual small talk and then we started with my resume. We spoke about my past job experiences and how I felt it aligned with the position. We spoke about me as a person, my goals, my skills, my work style, my relationship style. We then did a phone call roleplay, which was pretty straightforward. Customer calling about some issue with the service. Make sure you clarify the problem the customer is having with them and to express empathy for their struggles.
