Verizon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was interviewed by three people at once. They asked the usual customer service questions. There really wasn't a need for the lengthy interview process since it was a basic entry level customer service job. They take everything way too seriously around there.

conference call, met with recruiter for a one-on-one, spoke for 45 minutes and then the next day was called that i had the position. Be prepared to show your strengths and don't focus on your weakness to much and you will get hired.
