Interview
Attended three interviews, each one at least 7 days apart. In the final interview, they wanted me to participate in a role playing scenario to see how well I am at my ability to sell devices and accessories, even though they were fully aware that I had no sales experience and stated they will train me to do so. After a rigorous interview process, I did not head from them
I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (New Orleans, LA)
Interview
Initial phone screen interview then you will interview with a store manager. Make sure you sell yourself because this is the person who will be making the hiring decision. Basic STARS interview process tell me about a time blah blah blah lol. If you have wireless experience and you have a history of doing fraud activations you gonna get hired. Don't expect a 100k salary or anything this is a entry level job. Management will try to sell you on earning commission but even that has a cap on how much you make. Expect to earn about 50k per year and 65k if you're a top seller in the district.
