Verizon's interview process is similar to other top tech companies and typically includes the following rounds: Technical phone screen, Online assessments, On-site interview, and Behavioral interview.
The interview process may focus on assessing a candidate's: sales skills, customer service experience, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Here are some tips for preparing for a Verizon interview:
Be ready: Jot down some questions about the company or position ahead of time.
Get enough sleep: Being well-rested will help you stay steady throughout the day.
Be yourself: Exude confidence and friendliness.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon in Sep 2024
Interview
Was a relatively straight forward process, had an initial HR interview screen, call with hiring manager, call with colleague, and then a call with senior team member.
Finally, had a call with HR where I was presented an offer.... however the offer was ~60% of what was discussed in initial interview, so a bit of a shock and disappointment that front as all team members were very nice to work with.
