Applied through company website. Was contacted within a week and set an appointment for interview with Hiring Manager. 15-20 Minute interview with Hiring Manager. Was contacted two days later by Store Manager to set up on-site face to face interview. Was interviewed by store manager and floating regional manner. They used STAR format questions, went over resume, etc. Very easy going and professional people. Made me very comfortable and excited about the opportunity! Less than 2 hours after the face to face in-store interview, I was called by the Hiring Manager with an offer.
