Verizon interview questions

Two man closed end question interview that was read by the interviewer word by word.

Arrived at the Security office to check in for the interview. Was directed to another Building, Security called to let them know I was on my way. Sat in a lobby awaiting a person to come escort me to the interviewing room. I was greeted by two women. They were very cordial. I was asked questions about my past inside sales experience. My sales experience was actually doing outside sales. I had worked doing inside order desk and special orders. I was given a scenario and asked how I would handle it. I was asked what I would do in specific given circumstances.
