Interview
Started with a phone interview with an internal talent recruiter. Next, required to complete an online aptitude test. If satisfactory, proceed to a full day assessment center. If shortlisted, proceed with a one/two-to-one interview with the hiring manager and a senior. Finally, if you are selected for the role, the last (customary) interview is with the HR business partner.

Interview
Multiple interviews. Phone, initial with store manager, and one with the district manager. Showed knowledge in the industry, sales drive, creativeness and initiatve to advance in the company. They are very informative, but you need to be too. They will ask for past experiences in situations as to where you need to be as detailed as possible to show them that you can handle yourself and your suctomers with any scenerio thrown at you.

Tell me a time when you were working with a customer that was disgruntled and explain how you handled the situation. I've been in more than enough situations like that and I wasn't sure what the best option was.
