Verizon interview questions

I had a phone interview with a recruiter which lasted about 25-30 minutes. Standard quesitons, customer service situations, previous positive and negative sales experiences. Questions about the company creedo, and what you may know about smart phones and other technologies.

First interview was at a job fair. Next is a phone interview, last is a group interview with the store manager and district manager.
