Interview process was Overall really good. The process was fairly quick as the territory was open and there was an immediate need to fill the position. 4 steps in the interview process. First was with HR Recruiter, then the hiring manager, a panel interview and lastly was the Sales Director.

Interview
After 5 rounds of interviews, there was ultimately no offer made because of a hiring freeze on external candidates. The first interview was with the internal recruiter. Second was with the hiring manager then I spoke with the person who I would be replacing (due to a promotion) and then spoke with someone I would be working closely with. The last interview was with a panel of 3 managers from other teams.

Very long and thorough, in regards to personal life at home, family, hobbies, dislikes, likes. How much experience do I have with customer service. Am I willing to go through a week training in Orlando if considered for job? Can I work a flexible schedule including weekends. How do I cope with stress in different situations? Am I willing to work over time? Can I be a team member with various personality types of co-workers?
