I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Verizon in Apr 2015
Interview
An in-personal interview. Interview was conducted over-the-phone and was nerve-wracking as a participant. Used to having a reaction to the personality exhibited in my answers, but because it is recorded, the interviewer made sure to be dead silent and not respond. Overall, that led to our very traditional business-like interview with situation based questions.

Interview
Initially contacted by recruiter a few days after applying online. Said I would be a great fit and really hyped me up. I was scheduled for an in person interview with hiring manager, then 2 phone interviews; a second with a different person in HR, who asked an hour and a half worth of behavior based questions, followed by an interview with a different would-be team member. 2 weeks later I was scheduled for 2 more phone interviews, one with a VP of marketing and one with a different would-be team member. The entire process took 2 months (no exaggeration), and after a lot of follow up they ended up hiring someone internally.

Interview
A simple phone interview looking for leadership qualities. Then invited to NJ to their headquarters for a 45 min "marketing" interview and a 45 min behavioral interview...both asked the exact same behavioral questions. Got a response in less than a week.
