Verizon Project Manager interview questions

One of the worst interviews I have attended. No proper communication about the interview timelines & the recruiter is not ready to share updates about the next round. I have had 2 rounds and each round was about 30 mins in which 7-10 mins was discussion about the role and the company. I am really not sure how could they figure out one's potential in just 15-30 mins especially when interviewing a candidate with 10+ years of experience. The only question they have asked me was "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Rest of the discussion was about the manager's experience with the company and how he grew into the current positions in X years. Utter waste of time.

Straight forward. Through proper documentation and clear step by step communication, the interview process was easy to navigate, capture and anticipate. It was also time efficient and effective to manage.
