Verizon Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was a two type interview. First the company ask you for general personal background questions and behavioral questions. The second interview was over the internet and was a virtual interview. There were about 15 questions and it was a recorded answer. Initially the questions were asking to describe your self next there were questions about past performance on jobs. Most importantly they ask you to role play.

The process took about 2 weeks. Filled out an application and was emailed within 48 hours for a phone interview. If the phone interview goes well you move on to the in store interview. Because of my location I was allowed to do another phone interview. Waiting to hear back on an offer.
