Honestly, Troublesome. -- A lot of Steps Just To Even Sit Down For An Interview. Doesn't Seem Right To Do Over The Phone Interviews, Then Send A Rejection, Only To Get A Zoom Interview Like 2 Hours Later. Then Be Asked To Come In For A Face to Face. Alot Of Steps, Not Worth The Hassle.
Was contacted after doing well on the assessment. Set up an interview. The interviewer never called I waited 90 minutes staring at my phone and nothing. I sent a follow up email saying I understand things happen and I would still love to interview. Radio silence. I’m highly disappointed and actually a Verizon consumer and frankly I’m debating on canceling my service now.
Easy as long as you know what you’re doing and showing numbers, confidence and determination in your interview. Leadership as well. That’s a good way to really impress your interviewer.
