I thought I did a great job on the interview. I answered all the questions had 2 phone interviews within 2 weeks. They never called me back until 6 months later and the lady said we were supposed to offer you the position the next day but your file was lost and I found it today. Lost opportunity I was in another position by then. So make sure you follow up with these folks by email and phone

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Edgewood, NM) in May 2017
Interview
Walked in, a few basic questions about character and honesty as well as the usual what goals have you achieved and what not. Then I was given a few minutes to walk around the store and be familiar with the products, then we did a role play where i had to "sell" a product to the interviewer. Make sure to be charismatic and push buying a case!
