Verizon Senior Manager interview questions

Submitted application. Then was scheduled to attend my first interview. Interview is a few background questions, then we roll into behavioral questions. There were 6 behavioral questions. After a fair amount of time I was scheduled for a second round interview. Second interview was similar to the first. Just different behavioral questions.

question and answer with some abstract situation problem solving, interactive panel discussion, and personality questions that probe in to ones team building skills and conflict management. What i don't like is the fact that they watch you answer the written tests versus letting you be by yourself.
