I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verizon
Interview
The interview process took a long time and it was intense. It is 3 rounds. First H.R. will contact you and grill you with an in depth interview. Then you will fly out for a face to face with the D.M. this interview will run the gauntlet of questions. They will try to have it set up like a conversation for two hours to relax you and hopefully they will get real answers out of you. The third interview is with the director. Very tough interview. They are very direct and they have a great vision as to what the position needs.

Question 1
Why should we choose you over the other applicants?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
The first interview is over the phone and pretty basic. It is just a review of your work experience. Interview with District Manager is very relaxed. Obviously must dress professional and present yourself well. The first interview may be your last if you do well. The training lasts two weeks and throws you right into the action. It could be a little longer to prepare you more but if you pay attention and work hard you will be successful.
