It was extremely delayed, there was a 3 week gap between each round. I think management needs to understand what they are looking for and what the process should be before posting a job
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Dec 2022
Interview
Phone screen was really odd but short, she asked me questions that made me think she had absolutely no idea what I was interviewing for or what my field was - but I guess that can happen with recruiters? Then it was two rounds of a total of 5 virtual interviews with various members of the team, 30 minutes each and all in a row. Some interviewers did not do the same job that I was interviewing for, so those conversations weren't that meaningful. It was a long afternoon but overall a decent experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jun 2022

A couple very basic questions they don’t care. It seems like they just want warm bodies. They don’t care about the company. They don’t care about the position. They don’t care about the honesty. It really seems like Walgreens does not care. They have gone way downhill. I believe it’s under new management the last couple of years that is a big problem
