Walmart Department Manager interview questions

Take a test on the computer, they call you up, ask you about your experiences. They go over some of the questions from the test, nothing too bad. Once you're hired you have to take tests on the computer

I had already been working for the company for years. I took the assessment test, passed and someone from another store called to interview me about the position. I had put in a transfer to other stores in the area and someone I previously worked with called to offer me the job. So I really didn't have to go through a real interview process. It did take about a month for me to transfer but that was my store's fault.
