The first round, a virtual interview, showcased Walmart's dedication to adapting to modern recruitment methods. The platform used for the virtual interview was user-friendly, with clear instructions and excellent technical support. The interview questions were well-crafted, focusing on both technical skills and situational judgment. The interviewer was personable and professional, creating an environment that allowed me to showcase my strengths and experience effectively.
It was pretty easy. Mainly a phone call and then a sit down interview. Then afterwards they would ask for a background check or a drug test and then that’s about it. Nothing too crazy
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Stuart, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Pretty easy. I was asked a few questions about myself and hobbies. I didn't have previous job experience but they didn't mind and I got hired a few days later.
