I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Sunnyvale, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Recruiter was good and helpful. But the hiring manager came late, 15 minutes. He didn't introduce himself or the job requirements. Dived into questions directly, cut me off few times to move on to the next questions. I was finally able to get in one question, which he answered and I realized all my answers could've been tailored to that but he didn't allow me to ask anything upfront.
Disappointing experience.
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
