Phone interview followed by a case study followed by an onsite interview. Some of the interviewers said I answered questions quickly and better than the answers they had thought of. Ultimately, the hiring manager decided not to extend an offer. Rejecting strong, qualified candidates reflects very poorly on the hiring manager and the organization in my opinion. They will not be able to compete with Amazon, because for one, Amazon hires the brightest people.
