Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

All I got was a brief phone call with 5 or 6 general questions. A few days later I got an email saying my application was no longer being considered! I called the HR person and asked if she could give me any indication of why and she said she could tell me only that other applicants were a better fit. I don't have experience in retail, but I do in working with the public for 20yrs. I never would've thought I couldn't even get an interview for a position like this for which no special skills are needed! Now I'm thinking that Wegmans is a lot more tuff than I thought!!
