It starts out with a phone interview, and then two in person interviews. (one if you are lucky but normally two) Phone interview is generally covering age, past experiences, what you are looking to do in the future. In person interviews are more them trying to figure out how ambitious you are if you willing to cross train etc.

A phone interview was the first part of the process. Despite playing phone tag briefly the management was cordial and understanding. After a phone interview they called back and scheduled an in-store interview. They were quick to bring me into the office and very professional during.
