Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

I Had a phone interview then was called to the store that following week to interview with the hiring manager and department manager. I had stumbled across a couple of questions they asked me that I was unprepared for and I ended up not getting the job. Make sure to make eye contact.

I applied online, but also knew a family friend. Got a call for an 1on1 interview. Came in and sat in the cafe with a HR worker and she started asking questions such as why do you want to work for Wegmans, and what you can contribute, and once we found some common ground it was more of a casual conversation. Last around 40 minutes and got a call a week later with an offer
