I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Rochester, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Lengthy. Phone interview followed by in person by two people, one HR rep and one department team leader. Interview was casual and non-threatening, ask a lot of "canned" and policy questions. But also had some more personal interactions. It was a successful and stress free interaction.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Syracuse, NE) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was fairly easy. Just a phone call with several questions. Took less than 30 minutes.
Why do you want to work at wegmans?
Was one of the questions. It was all good nothing too bad.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Rochester, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
For the position I applied for I went through two face-to-face interviews with different people. The interviews waere very in-depth and there were roughly 4-5 pages of interview questions for each set of interviews. There was only one interviewer in my first interview, and two individuals interviewing me during the second interview. It was extremely intimidating, but I appreciated how thorough the interviewers were. The sessions lasted between 30 minutes to an hour and I ended up not getting to job. It was actually quite frustrating because one of the reasons I didn't get the job is because they hired a man who was already full-time, whereas I was still part-time.
