Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Extremely nice HR manager. It was a very simple interview. The questions were simple and I feel it's a great way to gain customer service experience. The training was very down to earth and everyone treated you with respect. I started this job in high school and have now been here for over nine years!

I applied in the beginning of the month and later received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is reviewing your application and asking a few questions like why you want to work there. The phone interview took 30 mins. After, they'll let you know if you'll proceed to a second interview or if you've been rejected. I actually got a call the next day for a 2nd interview. The second interview is in person with two managers. They review your application again and will ask you situational questions. This interview took an hour and later they'll show you around the store and the area you applied for. Three days later I got an offer and I accepted.
