They ask you a ton of questions about team work and how to please the customer. They also try to find out if you're a people person and if you're nice so say good things.

Very easy and laid back interview. As long as you can keep a conversation you should be good. They try not to intimidate you. The questions are easy and if you seem generally interested in joining the company you will get the job. It was a 1 on 1 interview and they asked simply questions about experience within the customer service field.
