Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

first apply online, I think like two phone interview, ii had two in person interview. Once hired, you then have orientation where you eat lunch, and they tell you about the history of the company, you meet all of the mangers in the store and you get a tour of the store.

I applied online. I got a phone call a week later and I got scheduled for my phone interview. Three days later, I had phone interview. This was my first ever job interview so I basically studied all possible questions I could. Two days after the first interview, they called for an in person interview. They basically asked the same questions again and their were two people asking questions this time. About 4 days later they called me to hire me. I went through orientation last week and I start this morning at 10!
