Question 1
Can you describe a time when you had to handle a stressful situation with a frustrated customer or patient, and how did you resolve it?
Phone interview with the recruiter. Last about 30 minutes both asking questions and job duties. Recruiter was nice and explained how the interview process will go moving forward. After a phone interview it will be an in person interview with hiring store manager.

The interview process at Wegmans was very positive overall. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the experience comfortable. I appreciated how the interview focused not only on work experience, but also on customer service, teamwork, and company culture. The process gave me a good understanding of the expectations of the role and what it’s like to work in a team-oriented environment.
