Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Already in Team Lead position so this was a latteral move interview. Not as involved as the initial interview. Held in HR office with two interviewers. Already knew both interviewers so I wasn't overly nervous. It seems that with all interviews I have had with the company (3) that its more important of how you answer the questions and not so much the answer that you give. This place askes you very difficult questions, after all its a food market not the White House.
