Fairly standard process. I interviewed remotely due to COVID. It was a group interview.
I heard back within 2 weeks or so and was then asked to supply 2-3 references and complete a sample work assignment.

Phone interview with a scripted list of questions, asking about general prior work experience and precise interest in the role. Also asked about frequency/experience with volunteer work relevant to the role.
