Process overall ok but extremely drawn out. Felt like my time was wasted - taken to final interview and then ghosted. Position was meant to start in February ’21, then pushed back to March ’21. I don’t even know what’s going on with it now as I was never notified of anything and emails to hiring managers have been ignored. Applied November 2020. Invitation for initial interview with two staff in December 2020. Got asked to do a short writing task in January 2021. A few weeks later asked to do a second interview in February 2021. Interviews themselves were fairly straightforward questions about my background and a few open-ended questions about different things related to strategy and evaluation as this was the focus of the internship. No behavioural questions. Writing task was summarising some program information on a one-pager.
