I applied for an internship position for a project that has been going on for the past 2 years. The interview was attended by 4 people from the company - 1 of them was the HR, 2 of them are from the project, and 1 being the specialist but was not part of the project. The interview took approximately 90 minutes, all held in English (the job was in Indonesia).

Question 1
How do I know the company, my thesis project/research (I applied for his position 3 months after graduation), my technical/engineering skills, my overall basic knowledge of how the project is gonna be.
Phone interview with a scripted list of questions, asking about general prior work experience and precise interest in the role. Also asked about frequency/experience with volunteer work relevant to the role.
