Very fast and responsive. I had 3 rounds of interviews. One with the reporting manager, one with the team and then the HR round. The interview process was a conversation more than an interview to try and understand past experience and interest in the sector

Questions related to past experience and interest in the sector
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at World Resources Institute in Jun 2024
Interview
This was one of the most excruciating painful interview processes I have ever experienced. I started the process in March and made it to the final round in June. The actual questions weren't that challenging but the process was drawn out far too long for an entry-level role. Ultimately, I had a total of five interviews and a one-hour timed written exam, which was very stressful. After making it to the final interview round, I was rejected and not provided with feedback. The interviewees were extremely cold throughout the process and it made me question the organization's internal culture.
