A short phone screening. Asked questions that you would usually get at interviews: introduce yourself, why do you think you would be a good fit for the job, etc. Even if you applied for multiple position at the same time, you are screened only once.
Phone interview with a scripted list of questions, asking about general prior work experience and precise interest in the role. Also asked about frequency/experience with volunteer work relevant to the role.
