World Resources Institute interview questions

After greeting me and asking for my introduction, they asked me about my prior experiences. they started to go more in-depth about the projects I did during my prior internships.

Initial recruiter screen - basic questions on my resume, why I wanted to work for WRI, availability, salary expectations. Hiring manager screen - a more in-depth (30 minutes) discussion of the job itself and my qualifications Panel interview - one hour with three colleagues, challenging subject matter and soft skill questions. Following the panel interview I was asked to complete a simple writing exercise. From start to finish, the process took less than a month. It might have taken even less if I hadn't had a prescheduled 2-week holiday in the middle of that time period.
