Hiring process was painless. I simply was interviewed over the phone, submitted my information for a back ground clearence check . Although it was made much easier as I was known in the area as a positive and well liked technician who was good at the job. I got the feeling from the interviewer I was checked out before they called me as I had worked for their direct competion, via clients we had in common etc
