Xerox interview questions

The marketing manager did face-to-face interview. He told me upfront that he did not want to do the behavior-based type of interview, instead he just wanted to conduct a casual talk. But be prepared that he led the talk to the direction he wanted and would suddenly ask some tricky questions regarding previous work experience and academic work.

My hiring process consisted of three interviews that covered general to case study questions. The first interview was by phone from HR. The second interview was a 2-person panel with both of the sales managers. The interview was with a the sales director and a specialist rep. All interviews lasted about 45 minutes. Then a low ball offer was proposed.
