Interview
From selection for interview to taking part in the interview, all was positive. Asked competency questions as is the case for most interviews. Felt quite confident and competent having put in the effort.
Did not ever receive any feedback following this, chased several times by my agent, not even a polite and professional email. Disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had my first interview with the Marketing Manager. The process was as to be expected for a corporate company. Discussing my past work experiences, strengths and weakness, and what I could bring to the company. I was invited for a second interview (top 3 candidates) and met with the VP, but sadly was not offered the position. I had excellent rapport with all interviewers, but especially the VP as we were both alums from the same university.
