Fair questions. Very professional. Took a while between getting resume and getting the interview. Seemed like company going through a big transition, at this time period. Overall a reasonable process.
About an hour. You take an assessment and do the interview. You may hear something back within 4 to 5 days. Once a position is offered you will do drug testing and training.

One of the best interviews I've ever had. The team didn't dog me with technical questions which is what i was expecting. Most of the questions were about networking fundamentals and how you would handle certain situations. Some questions were not to test your technical ability but your personality and attitude. It was not a 1 sided conversation. We had some laughs, while keeping it professional as it should be... we are people after all, not machines. As someone who has gone through multiple interviews, this was a refreshing experience for me and automatically made me want to work with this company.
