Zurich Insurance Project Manager interview questions

There was a three-step interview with the first team members, then my line manager and finally an informal interview with HR. The process was quick and straightforward. If you practice the most common questions asked during an interview, it will be easy. For technical roles, you need to be able to answer specific job-related questions and prove that you know what you are claiming.

Very thorough and professional. Deep dive into PM skillset and how you would handle specific situations. Standard stuff - strengths, weaknesses, difficult projects, save a failing project, etc.... It was virtual due to COVID.
