Describe a scenario where the client is denying accountability for a technical problem which was in fact their fault. The client wants you to correct the problem at no cost to them.
In the third interview they have you do a roll play. Don't be too nervous, they already know that you do not have all the product information and details. They will give you awesome feedback. Take it seriously and do a little prep work (just as you would for a sales call)
