I had done so much research online about the boots interview and all the different types of questions that will come up. One question that constantly came up was 'why do you want to work for boots?' I made sure that I was prepared for this one and it was the first question he asked me! Just keep smiling, be friendly, and the interview was not formal at all. All the staff were really kind, made me feel so welcomed! He then went on to ask me 'give me a time when' questions. These were all very easy questions. I was then asked to go down to the shop floor and walk around asking if customers needed any help. This was to check how we approached customers.
