What would you bring to the company?
Nothing really difficult, but when Mu Sigma team were evaluating our video synthesis & written code , they were actually laughing and actually reading it loudly to each other. When the lunch came in the conference room, Mu sigma team ran to grab lunch boxes first. All in all, it is a very Indian company with Indian mentality & lack of respect for an individual .. they may have acquired lot of clients in US and got a lot of VC funding .. but it is nothing different from any IT company , where projects are outsourced to save on $$$. Insider news - most of the work they do is routine job , reporting, dashboards, score cards etc.
