"Wait, first you said that you worked as a technical delivery manager and now you're saying that you really were just in a training program. You're not stating this experience honestly on your resume, that is misleading."

Openly discusses the ambiguity around this role and asks which aspects of the job description are most relevant to my background, excite me the most. We also chatted about the office demographics, the future goals for the WCC, and how that aligned with my personal career goals and values. I like to ask interviewers what their least favorite part of working at their company is, and Katie remarked that she wished they had a larger budget to be able to better compete for top talent in the Bay. Overall, the interview was conversational and very honest, which I found refreshing.
