The trick here is not to change your mind, but to take into account the points they made and deal with the points individually, whilst sticking to your initial plan. We almost hit our time limit, thinking that we were meant to deliver the presentation after the interview, just to realise we only have a few minutes to deliver our arguments back to the assessors.
