The second interview really had no tough questions. Generic questions like "Your proudest achievement?" were as hard as they got. I was asked, however, how I felt about having to spend $330 to get state certified, and would be working only for commission. This is why I declined, personally, too risky.

What I knew about Aflac and their products.
There really are not any difficult or unexpected questions. The hard part was they make it seem so easy during this process that it seems like a no brainer decision. But this is not an easy job by any means. You have to basically "get lucky" to obtain appointments with Employers and most Employers don't even want to talk to you.
Oh mentioned that already, It wasn't really difficult, but completing a SWOT analysis was a different spin during an interview for me. Of course I haven't interview in 7 years, so maybe things have changed.
